Bismihi Ta'ala.

As Salaamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh

Any time is suitable but the best is after fajr or at the time of tahuujud
is one is making tahujud
Jazak-Allah and Was-Salaamu alaikum wa-Rahmatullahi wa-Barakaatuhu
