The Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasalam has said that if anyone taunts his Muslim brother on his sun;then he will not die till he himself has committed that sin.It means that it is very bad to remind one's sin or taunt him when he is already repented for the same.But if he has repented,then it is permissible to admonish him as an advice(Bahishti Zewar by Hazrat Thanvi Rahimahullah)
